The Perfect Events for Paintball and Laser Tag
What kind of events would be great for Paintball and Laser Tag?
While you can easily find different paintball or laser tag groups to join, it is always more fun when playing with your personal friends and family. But how exactly can you get everyone to jump on board? Luckily, setting up a family event is an easy way to get everyone involved and ready to play! While you may favor paintball over laser tag or laser tag over paintball, they both can be played with large teams making them perfect for your next event. Small or large groups are welcome and you can adjust teams accordingly. A few of the most popular events:
Family Reunions- We all love seeing our second cousins and distant relatives each year, often at a rentable hall with cheap catering and stale conversation. While seeing everyone again is a welcome experience, there has got to be something more exciting possible. To help everyone come out of his or her shell and truly have a reunion that won’t soon be forgotten, try setting up a paintball or laser tag experience. This reunion will be one for the books and you’ll find yourself getting to know those extended relatives better than you had ever expected.
Birthday Parties- While this may seem self-explanatory, birthday parties are the perfect excuse to get your friends out on the playing fields. Instead of asking for gifts at your party, have all of your guests spend your “gift money” on signing up to play. There is no present better than the memories you will create during your game.
Fundraisers-This is one of my favorites! How exactly can paintball or laser tag be a fundraiser you may ask? Let me tell you. Say you have a charity or cause that you are trying to raise money for, simply pick a date for your paintball/laser tag adventure and start promoting. Designate and create two different teams and have each team choose a different charity so the competition stays alive. While promoting, start getting each player on your team sponsored by friends, family or co-workers. For example, Aunt Jane sponsors player one for $50; Grandma Jo sponsors player two for $35, and so on and so forth. Once each of your players has been sponsored the fun begins. Hit the fields and start your battle. The winning team will not only donate their sponsorships to their chosen charity, but the losing team will also donate their sponsorships to the winner’s charity as well. Not only is this a fun way to play a good game, but also it allows a charity or cause to be impacted in a positive way.
No matter what type of event you are planning, by booking your paintball or laser tag experience, you are sure to have not only a successful event but an event that will be talked about for months and even years to come. To get your event started, contact your local paintball or laser tag business and get your event on the calendar and start planning!
